Luigina and his her son Emanuele (called Ranella) have been managing the restaurant in Mezzano Scotti for about four years. They propose potato dumplings, lasagne and “tortelli” served with her succulent sauces. The meats come from the farm of her husband, but she also cooks the meat of wild boar and roe deer. Excellent wines, such as Gutturnio, Bonarda and Malvasia.
